I attended the Avaya Tour yesterday held in Makati and I have to say the Avaya Flare is by far the closest thing to being God's gift to mankind when it comes to technology
it incorporates everything from data to networking in a neat package and is not as bandwidth heavy as its predecessors
you don't need to throw away your old equipment since you can readily incorporate this into your existing gear
i'm seriously thinking about getting one for our office

Ryan Reynolds the sexiest man alive - I'd have to agree
Ryan Reynolds seems to be everywhere
ever since I saw him and watched his movies I've had a silent admiration for this canadian actor
it's a good thing too cause my girlfriend is head over heels for him
he's good looking, smart and funny... what else can complete that package?
and he hasn't figured in any big controversies... big enough to be noticed and yet discreet and humble enough not to get entangled in hollywood's dirt
he's also starred in a lot of comic book related movies, as deadpool, as hannibal king and now as green lantern
so he deserves to be the sexiest man alive

Two goats meet at a bridge.
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO ANSWERING
(had to make it bold for the benefit of those who don't really read) [em]happy[/em]
I just remembered this story back when I was training call center agents and trying to assess their personalities. SO read the story first before you choose any answer okay? and as soon as i probably have 20 to 30 responses or until sunday, i'll be posting what your answers mean oks?
ok here goes
Two goats meet at a bridge.
There is a very narrow bridge over a river. One day a goat that was crossing this bridge met another goat just in the MIDDLE. There was no room for both of them to pass.
Which of the following can yo imagine as the most likely scenario?
A. One goat willingly turned back to let the other goat pass first
B. The 2 goats charge at each other, and after a few rounds of confrontation, the stronger goat forced the loser to yield
C. One goat lay down on the bridge and the other goat walked lightly over him
D. The 2 goats charged against each other and both fell off the bridge and into the deep river below
E. One goat retraced its way and waited for the other goat to come over; then, instead of going over to the other side, it stayed to play and graze with its new friend
choose 1 and then i'll let you know afterwards what it means
:D

The Meaning of your name
I found out the meaning of my name
and it's origins come from the latin language
fort or camp dweller

this must be the reason why i am nomadic and would rather be alone than in a crowd. I have always wondered how our name affects the way we live and i believe i was aptly named by my dad.
by the way... my name's chester

Being your own boss
Hello,
So you've entered the entrepreneur world
there's only 2 ways to go... do it half way or plunge head first all the way
which one will you pick?
There will be a lot of obstacles along the way... money problems, motivational issues, lack of things to do, boredom.... a lot
but this is the price you pay to succeed
and you will have to overcome those obstacles by yourself most of the time
after all you are your own boss
so here are some things that might help you out in your endeavour as an entrepreneur
1. Have a number (or set a goal) in mind.
2. Act professional even if no one is around to supervise you ( I still dress up and sit at my desk for 4 to 6 hours a day, with break schedules and a daily time record for myself)
3. Document your progress (are you making money or just wasting your time?)
4. Assess earnings over expenses and see if it's still balanced (you should be earning at least 10 to 20% of your total earnings per month (that's minimum)
5. Motivate thyself (each and everyday remind yourself that this is what you want and you have to succeed no matter what)
6. Take time for yourself (After all... this is the reason why you became an entrepreneur right?)
7. Enjoy every experience you get out of this
Hope this helps you guys out

Slipknot Bassist Found Dead
how sad to hear that another rock star was found dead in his hotel room
for now the reasons behind his death are still unknown
the bassist for slipknot, paul gray, was found dead may 24, 2010
slipknot was one of the bands i admired from the so called nu metal era
there was something about the band i could not pin when i first heard them so i instantly liked them although i hated all the other nu metal bands
( i did learn to appreciate some of the better ones as time progressed though)
going back to paul gray, he wasn't really what you'd call a superstar since he was hidden behind a mask, but the contribution he's made to slipknot is definitely something that can not be replaced
He had a weird way of playing bass in a numetal band. Unlike the rest of the horde he did not rely on 1 note bass thumps, he also employed bass runs, slapping etcetera etcetera and he also used weird tunings like ADGE or BEAD instead of the usual EADG
I hope this does not derail Slipknot in a major way. I hope even without Paul they'll continue so that his contribution to the metal world won't be wasted
sigh
R.I.P. Mr. Paul Gray

Finished the Lord of The Rings Trilogy again
The Lord of The Rings never gets old for me
It has excellent visuals and a storyline that is still quite relevant to this day.
It's been 9 years since this movie came out and yet it stills stands up well against newer movies today
it's got action, romance, stunning visuals and excellent music in it which is a terrific combination for a movie which appeals to the inner geek in everyone
The Lord Of the Rings, excellent!

The monster in your living room
In every home there is a monster lurking. Sometimes there'll only be one. Oftentimes there'll be more than that.

Monthly Budget Plan
Step 1 - Determine your total monthly income
Step 2 - Set aside 10% of your total monthly income and put it in the bank and forget about it
How to make a couple of dollars a day
OK here’s how I’ve managed to earn a couple of dollars a day
1. Neobux - click all available ads everyday (in the philippines, the server refreshes at 2PM. remember to log out.

2. MyLot - post discussions, respond to discussions, search using the search box.
3. Clockpay - read emails, click all available ads.

and the most important thing, advertise, advertise, advertise. I have referrals in almost all of these places, so i’m also earning through them and compensating them by helping them out every now and then.
rejection will come in every size and shape but if you forge your own path you should be able to really earn out of these places.
chipesterkhan.i.ph
my earning online was actually just something I’d been thinking about before I joined. Now I found out my drummer was making a lot of money too and he referred me to Neobux and it started from there. I actually have more referrals than him now but he benefits from my little experimentation.
I made a goal, I reached my goal now I’m looking to surpass that.
and also don’t be stingy with the information. Share it.
